Rural Passenger Transport Development Problems And Countermeasures Research

A large number of literature analyses and practical investigations reflect the reality that the development of rural road passenger transport with the aim of solving the basic needs of rural residents has encountered problems such as backward infrastructure,high operating costs,and weak safety management.Possible policies and measures guarantees.The dissertation follows the research logic of “Literature reading and review—data case collection and analysis—analysis and summary of existing problems—problem multi-dimensional analysis—problem solutions and suggestions—case examples”,and summarizes the commonness of rural road passenger transport in China.Problems,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,and pointed out a series of countermeasures and recommendations to ensure the healthy and orderly development of rural road passenger transport to solve the people's travel problems in rural areas.First,the paper examines the specific measures for the development of rural road passenger transport at different levels,from the national to the local,and from top to bottom,to the entire country,Sichuan Province,Neijiang City,and some rural counties in Sichuan Province.The status quo of the development was analyzed and elaborated.Based on this,the generality problems existing in the development of rural road passenger transport in rural areas were summarized from the aspects of infrastructure,service level,and safety management.Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of China's rural road passenger transport development,this paper analyzes the existing problems of rural road passenger transportation from the perspectives of influencing factors,demand characteristics,traffic structure characteristics,and development trends,and more accurately grasps rural roads.Passenger Transport Development Law.In view of the problems in the summary of the development of rural road passenger transport,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural road passenger transport from four aspects: financing,facilities construction,service improvement,and safety management.Finally,the paper selected Weiyuan County as an example to verify the case,outlined the location and analysis of the location,the status quo of transportation,and the status quo of the development of rural road passenger transport,analyzed the problems existing in the rural road passenger transport,and forecasted the transportation needs of Weiyuan County.The analysis put forward the specific countermeasures and measures for the development of road passenger transport in rural Weiyuan County.
