Research On Sustatinable Developmetn Management Of Technology-Based SMEs

Recently, the trend of integration of world economy and technology is evident increasly, promoting the strength focus of economic development of every country has changed from large companies with monopolistic advantage turn to technology-based SMEs, which are full of innovation activities. Now, as the group, which the most possessed the development potential and innovative activities, technology-based SMEs occupy a pivotal position in the process of building an innovation-oriented country. However, shorter average life expectancy is a common problem of the technology-based SMEs of our country. Although, in recent years, our government and all related social strength have recognized the necessity and significance of fostering technology-based SMEs'development, and related specific policies and practical initiatives have been formulated. These can not fundamentally solve the general problems that technology-based SMEs faced. Actually, short average life expectancy of technology-based SMEs of China has become a problem, which needs to be solved urgently in the process of national economic development, and should draw the attention from country, society and technology-based SMEs their own.This paper takes the short average life expectancy of technology-based SMEs of China as the realistic problem which is about to solve. Then, by collecting related literatures resulses, this paper has established the management which can improve the sustainable development of technology-based SMEs on the basis of analyzing the critical success factors of Tianjin enterprises.Firstly, this paper has summarized and analyzed the factors which influence the sustainable development of technology-based SMEs by employing related theories and research resulses. Then, it has carried on the questionnaire survey and depth interview in Tianjin technology-based SMEs for the purpose of obtaining the business experts'view about the importance degree of the factors to the sustainable development of technology-based SMEs. After the questionnaire survey, the paper has analyzed the data and established the key success factors framework of sustainable development of technology-based SMEs. Finally, in the light of key success factors, combined with the management experience and practical problems of technology-based SMEs, the paper has established corresponding sustainable development management which is appropriate to the technology-based SMEs of China.
