| Based on the research of international competitiveness and the competitiveness of high-tech industry, I proposed the concept of competitiveness of the regional high-tech industry, First of all, the article reviewed the research result of industrial competitiveness at home and abroad.Secondly, based on existing research, using a series of indicators to compare and analysis on high-tech industry between different region, established the initial theory on regional competitiveness of high-tech industry. This article tries to do the mpirical analysis based on three aspects: competitive strength,competitive potential and competitive environment,explained the importance of coordinate development of regional high-tech industry. pointed out the negative factors which influence the development of high-tech industry, and proposed measures to improve the competitiveness of China's regional high-tech industry.The article is divided into five parts: The first part is the background and meaning of the research; the second part is the basic concept of industrial competitiveness and the theoretical foundation; the third part gave methods to evaluate industry competitiveness, including the establishment principle of indicator system and the index calculation method. Based on the real situation of China,it established the indicator system;the fourth part gave the empirical analysis on high-tech industry competitiveness among eastern,central, western and north-east of China according to the data and obtained the corresponding results from the analysis, indicated the negative factors that affect the coordinated development of regional competitiveness of high-tech industry of China.The fifth part gave the methods on how to promote the coordinated development of regional high-tech industry and how to improve the competitiveness of high-tech industry of China. |
