Research On Evaluation Of Regional Development Level And Performance Of High-tech Services Industry In Our Country

Since the21st century, the global industrial structure gradually change to the"service economy", the role of high-tech services in the economy and society beginto highlight. Global high-tech service industry has become an independentcharacteristics and achieve high growth industry, and showing continued rapidgrowth momentum in high-tech manufacturing.High-tech services as an important part of high-tech industries, it plays animportant supporting role to promote industrial upgrading and enhance thecompetitiveness of the industry. At present, China is in a period of economicrestructuring and adjustments，to accelerate the development of high-tech serviceindustry has important strategic significance to upgrade economic transformation.Through the study of high-tech services and related theory, comparativeanalysis the overall development of China’s high-tech services and the developmentof the17provinces. To study the development of regional high-tech service leveland quality, evaluation index system of high-tech services was constructed, the useof the various areas of the level of development of a comprehensive evaluation ofhigh-tech services entropy method, for various regions of China are classified sort,which found development in all regions of high-tech services can be divided intofour echelons, on the level of high-tech service industry development, the easternregion was significantly higher than the Midwest. Then using data envelopmentanalysis to analyze regional development performance level of high-tech services,and confirm the scale efficiency and technical efficiency of regional high-techservices, obtained the resource efficiency of development of high-tech services in allregions at this stage, high-tech service industry development in some areas hasreached the optimum scale efficiency and technical efficiency, overall the investmore reasonable output, and analyzes the main reasons of performance problems insome areas. Finally, offering some suggestions based on the analysis and evaluationon the front to accelerate the development of China’s regional high-tech service.
