Research On Honesty And Credit Of Domestic Travel Agencies

With the continuous development of tourism industry and the changing of tourism demand, the Integrity of travel agency has attracted attention more, seriously affected tourism quality and the Sound development of tourism industry. And through the analysis of the complaints and a investigation on integrity condition and performance, realized that the integrity condition is really bad;The author hold the view that performance of lack of integrity include false advertising and over commitment, perform the contract and schedule improper, fraud during the tourism activities,Lower the standards of service;and those problem mainly focuses on the tour guide,consulting and sales.Combing the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the author analyze the reason of lack of integrity with SPSS and NVIVO. The internal cause includes the nature of the business organization, product features, the particular profit model and non-standard industry inner environment; The influence of the overall business environment, the influence of tourism development environment, immature consumer market and inadequate supervision is the external cause. In the empirical test, the survey presents the problem of internal management and external supervision; the Interview analysis presents the internal management confusion, and also presents the existing problems on the tourists. The author thinks, the travel agency internal management innovation, promote the travel agency industry standardization and strengthen guidance and supervision is three aspects to improve travel agency integrity, then we can promote the sound development of the industry, and to improve the quality of tourism.
