Since 1979, the beginning of reform and opening up to the end of 2008 China has become the world's No. 2 exporting country, China's export industry has become the key to promoting China's economic development engine. However, to see China's huge exports, we should also see that China's export industry is still in the bottom of the chain of world trade, low-tech, value added value is small, weak brand, these factors restricting China export industry of the restructuring and upgrading.In this thesis, textile exports analyzing the environment and industry environment, research-based industry and trade export enterprise in the event of the global financial tsunami, background, the face of Europe and the United States and other major importing countries, sudden drop in demand for the RMB appreciation pressures, labor, raw material prices continue to rise and many other negative factors, how changes in development thinking, adjusting the development strategy to enhance export competitiveness. Based on export enterprises studies through the Trade and Industry SWOT analysis and business model analysis, the thesis researched enterprise risks, proposed to enhance internal management and risk control capability to the proposal. By used of macroeconomics, international trade, international finance, marketing, strategic management, business operations and other multi-disciplinary theories, combined with case analysis of Ningbo V Group Co., Ltd. to enhance export competitiveness of the cases come to industry-based textile export enterprises dependent on the enterprise restructuring the implementation of Blue Ocean strategy, technological innovation, brand building, strategy to diversify the export risks to enhance export competitiveness, value chain, from a link at the bottom to the end of the upgrading and restructuring in the thesis then.
