At present,our country is in a period of social transition, when is the contradictions of labor relations and social issues have frequently occurred, Because of the strong capital position and the weak position of workers, labor relations makes a serious imbalances, the conflict of labor relations and the contradictions are increasing, which highlights growing of private enterprises. Handle with the problem about labor relations of China's private enterprises, find out ways to solve the problem, which is significance for build a harmonious labor relations and promote he development of private enterpriseBased on the theory of labor relations, combined with the status of labor relation of China's private enterprises and the experience of the international coordination of labor relations to explore how to build a harmonious labor relation of China's private enterprises.
