As a basic and the most important social relationships of socio-economic life, the harmony and stability of labor relations concerned with the harmony of the social politics, economy and culture of the. At present,our country is in a period of social transition, when is the contradictions of labor relations and social issues have frequently occurred, Because of the strong capital position and the weak position of workers, labor relations makes a serious imbalances, the conflict of labor relations and the contradictions are increasing, which highlights growing of private enterprises. Handle with the problem about labor relations of China's private enterprises, find out ways to solve the problem, which is significance for build a harmonious labor relations and promote he development of private enterpriseBased on the theory of labor relations, combined with the status of labor relation of China's private enterprises and the experience of the international coordination of labor relations to explore how to build a harmonious labor relation of China's private enterprises. First of all,to review the theory of management of labor relations, to summarize current development of labor relations and the existence of the problem of China's private enterprises in transition, and analysis the reasons of disharmony labor relation of China's private enterprises. Secondly, this paper expound the theoretical foundation on construction evaluation index of labor relations ,to study the internal and external factors of labor relations further , the influence mechanism and the characteristics and trends of domestic labor relations. Passed in front of theoretical preparations, the paper had Construction Index System, including the principles and process of the design; constructing conceptual model evaluation, selecting indicators, this theory integrated the gray level analysis, with other research methods.Finally, the paper discussed the signification of build a harmonious labor relation of China's private enterprises and .expounding how to build a harmonious labor relation of China's private enterprises in accordance with current labor relations of China's private enterprises.
