The construction of harmonious labor capital relations in private enterprises is an important foundation for the building of a harmonious society in China, is an important content of strengthening and innovating social management, safeguard and improve people’s livelihood, is relying on the social workers and the development of the carrier. Labor relations are the key to the enterprise and each worker’s vital interests, related to the development and growth of enterprises, if the labor relation is not stable, the legitimate rights and interests of workers can not be guaranteed, will not have a healthy and harmonious society. At present, our country is in the key period of both opportunities and risks facing the economic and social transformation, although the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee and all levels of local government, through the joint efforts of all sectors of the community members, through continuous exploration and practice, sequential harmonious labor capital relations in private enterprise of our country to promote the construction of labor relations, improve, and overall stability. However, affected by many factors, the current in the private sector, there are also the tense labor relations, labor, labor disputes increase confrontation of group incidents in the local area and the area, which are different from the way, has been a threat to the stability of the enterprise itself, the healthy and long-term development, at the same time impact on China’s economic and social development.
