Study On City Of Daqing Industry Instruction Analysis And Leading Industry Selection

As the growth of regional economic development, the leading industry in promoting regional industrial development and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure plays an important role. Selecting the leading industry of area in correctly is the premise and key of rationalization of regional industrial. DaQing city as the largest industrial base and important oil processing base in China, makes a great contribution to the economic development of the motherland. But as a resource-based cities, their resources are exhausted and can not escape the law of development. After high-intensity development year by year, crude oil resources are depleted, cost of winning is rising, competitiveness severely weakened. Recession of leading industry inevitably affects the city's economic and social development, so how depleting oil resources under the situation DaQing of industrial transformation, selecting the suitable leading industries, becomes an avoidable problems as related to the future development of DaQing City.Firstly, researches about selection of leading industry on the domestic and foreign resource-based cities are conducted systematically. The theory of selection of leading industry in resources-based cities transformation is introduced; then with understanding of the resource-exhausted cities of Daqing City in natural conditions, industrial features and major issues in facing the industry, and advantage conditions of development of leading industry, on this basis, an index system of selection of leading industry which consistent with the actual situation in Daqing is built, then the factor analysis models and industry association models are introduced in this paper. Next, according to the factor analysis model, a leading industry quantitative selection has been done, combined with the actual situation in Daqing City, the leading industry for economic development which is fit to Daqing City has been chosen. Using input-output tables, from the direct effects and industry spill-over effects associated with both the choice of the leading industry association effect between. Relatedness effects among leading industries are analyzed on both indirect relation and spread effects according to the input-output table. By analyzing the leading industrial development in the existence of deficiencies, finally, the policy and proposals of the leading industry for the development which is fit to Daqing City has been brought forward.
