| The importance of technological innovation has been widely recognized, it has played a huge driving force in accelerating product upgrading and industrial upgrading, promoting economic growth and social progress. In this paper, the research object is the situation of technological innovation in medium and large enterprises, and our aims is that through our empirical Study, technological innovation of large and medium enterprises in Hebei Province is able to be understood and decrypted, then we have deeply understand and grasp the problems. Finally, we would provide reference for policy-makers reference. We use empirical research methods: The statistical yearbook and the form of questionnaires. The surveys of electronics companies, enterprise technology centers, food companies, chemical companies and coal companies in Hebei Province reflect the technology innovation cases, which reflect the industry or the overall status of technology innovation areas.For this purpose, the main work of this paper as following:1. From the industry classification analysis Industrial Distribution of large and medium manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province. Access to new technology, innovation index (R&D investment, R&D personnel, Funding for Science and Technology, R&D expenses, talent introduction and training, patent number), the overall of innovation in Hebei Province is analysis;2. Design the questionnaire of technological innovation for 70 large and medium enterprises in Hebei Province. We survey seven key coal enterprises, four key electronics companies, four representative food enterprises, three chemical companies. Based on survey data, we analysis them.3. We found that the innovation capability of large and medium enterprises in Hebei Province is uneven distribution and overall weak. In order to improving innovation, we give some advice, such as Strengthen the innovative concept, increase innovation and investment, promote cooperation with the intermediary, make some preferential policies. |
