Research On Construction Of Schedule Management System For Large-scale Comprehensive Traffic Project

With the development of urbanization process, the contradiction between thedemand and provision of the urban transportation is more serious. To relieve thesituation of traffic jam, urban area focuses on construction of traffic project. Thedissertation begins with schedule management of the traffic construction project,based on the theory of schedule management, considering the character of the A trafficconstruction project, the system of schedule management for A traffic project isconstructed.The dissertation firstly discusses research background and significance of thetraffic project, and on the basis of literature review on traffic schedule managementdomestic and abroad, the research focus of the dissertation is proposed, also, technicalmap of the dissertation is proposed. Then, the theory of schedule milestone, criticalpath, TOC, and critical chain is discussed, the character of traffic project and the aimof it is also analyzed. On the basis of stakeholder theory discussion, three sides onidentification, importance analysis and appeal analysis are used to make stakeholderanalysis and project group character analysis. According to guide idea and designprincipal of the schedule system, three classes of schedule management system isconstructed. The dissertation finally is summarized, and shortcoming of it is discussed,also, the future research of the traffic project is proposed.
