The Study On Emergency Power System In Baotou Region

With the rapid economic development, electric power more and more obvious impact on the economy. Power industry is the basis of people's livelihood. Electricity production and security has become an important component of public safety. Departments enhance the electrical safety management and the effective control of power production system, which have the priority for the power industry's safety management. In recent years, major domestic and international emergencies and disasters caused by large area power outage caused great economic losses, and the greater losses can not be measured. Therefore, the establishment of city power grid emergency management system is particularly important. In this paper, Baotou area emergency management system in urban power grid construction is the example. In Mongolia, Baotou area network is an important part of the grid. And it connecting hub for South East of Baotou Power. These factors'safe and stable operations have very higher powerful requirements. Baotou's area emergency management system has made great efforts and great achievements, but there are still many problems.Based on the emergency system of the city power grid, the paper try to build emergency system for the urban grid so that we can provide a theoretical basis for the emergency management system of urban power grid and provide practical information. In the understanding of urban power grid emergency, we know that the knowledge of management system for emergency management at home and abroad city status and the inspiration of emergency management system for our country, Then, we summed up China's urban power grid emergency management system problems. Combined with the principles of emergency management system, we constructed two emergency management system of the city grid from the physical structure and operation mechanism. Finally, combined with the Baotou regional power status, we certainly made the results of emergency management system and said problems on the regional power grid emergency management system in Baotou. Then we give the suggestions from organizational structure and mechanisms.
