As the competition is stiff , and the industry composition of the private economy growing, privately-run enterprises need to make an effective and practical strategies for the survival and development need.This article first analyzes the general external and internal environment of Hunan colorful duo mi Ltd. ; it also analyzes the major problems of enterprises'devolopment by assessing the internal resources of enterprises .And then using the SWOT method to analyze it.After seeing the opportunities and challenges clearly, the article studys Hunan colorful duo mi Ltd's internal resources and capabilities ,then making a scientific assessment. On this basis,the article make a industrial development strategy for colorful duo mi Ltd by using the strategic management theory ,and explore the measures and countermeasures of strategy implementating .Through researching, this article get the following concludes: On one hand, the cartoon industry is now in the growth stage of the industry life cycle, the prospects for development is good, but the competition will become stiff .On the other hand, the colorful duo mi Ltd should be made clear to following the road of diversification and vertical integration, in an effort to get the achievment of cost leadership advantage and competitive differentiation .At the same time, in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, colorful duo mi Ltd must adapt corporate strategy and operational mechanisms by combining the efforts of the actual situation of the company brand and the core competitiveness of original, personnel structure, production processes, marketing integration, the difficulties .The results of research of this paper have a certain reference value for the China's cartoon enterprises to make development strategy. |
