The Research On Employee Performance Management System Of Dahan Construction Co., Ltd.

Performance management system is closed related with the benefits of employees and the achievement of company's gosls, which is important component of human resource management system. The performance management is very important for the enhancement of competitiveness of enterprises, which directly determines the capacity for sustainable development of enterprises,and the level of human resource management.Therefore, building up a set of the most effective performance management system become a key issue for the majority of enterprises. Especially for the real estate industry,the construction and improvements of performance management system is the most important for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the continuous development.In this paper, we studied how to improve the performance system for Dahan Construction Co., Ltd,then we discussed on how to build the core competencies of a enterprise performance management system and how to designe the performance management system for the growing corporation.In the first part, the article described background and significance and summarize the literature review of performance management, then designing the frame for the paper. The second part analysised the problems and causes for Dahan Construction Co., Ltd`s performance system.The third part designed the framework for Dahan Construction Co., Ltd`s performance management system from the purpose, methods and tools. The fourth part introduced the process of Dahan Construction Co., Ltd`s performance system from performance planning, execution, evaluation and improvement, then described the barriers to implementation of performance management system and implementation security. It explained how to develop and improve the performance system in the real at last.
