Corporate Finance Strategic Management Implementation

With the saltant progress of socioeconomic and scientific technology, the enterprises' operating environment has taken place huge changes in recent 10 years. Past relatively simple and stable internal and external environment has ceased to exist, replaced by a highly complex and rapidly changing environment, which leads to increased close interaction between the enterprise and environment. Modern enterprise financial management is facing a pluralistic, dynamic and complex financial environment, such as the growing internationalization of financial markets, financial crisis emerging and increasingly fierce market competition among enterprises. Therefore, as a new management platform, strategic management thinking has gradually infiltrated various functional areas, such as the production, marketing and human resources management and so on. Financial strategy management is the strategic management thinking extension and development in the financial management field. The traditional financial management theory which is advanced financial strategy management is the inevitable development trend.Financial strategy management as a frontier theory has been researched specially by foreign relevant scholars, and they have obtained relevant harvest and exercised in the management practice. At present, the research of theory and practice which is studied by domestic scholars is very few, and the theory can be successfully applied into the practice is much less, so, how to implement financial strategy management to improve the management level of enterprise has become one of the most urgent tasks.This paper refers to large literatures, and on the basis of financial management theory, strategic management theory and accounting theory, from the background analysis of implementation of the financial strategy management, analyzing the generation environment, principles, the basic elements and implementation procedure of financial strategy management. Because some enterprises of our country have encountered a lot of problems and obstacles in implementation offinancial strategy management, so, this paper researches the model of financial strategy management that our enterprises formulate and implement. It specially analysis the basic elements of financial strategy management: funding strategy, investment strategy, dividend distribution strategy and rapid expansion, steady development, defense shrinking financial strategy which are the two main line;it proposes to use SWOT, Boston matrix and four factors matrix analysis tools and so on, which is beneficial for our enterprises who develop and implement specific financial strategy management. Finally, under the background of economic globalization, it explores our enterprises should how to pay attention to the operation of the financial strategy management in order to effectively deal with those issues.At the same time, because the financial strategy management research involves in a broader study, while domestic research is still in its infancy, so both theory and practical operations are should be developed. Since I have limited knowledge and the limited length of paper, and this paper researches mainly the theoretical aspects of financial strategy management, and some problems of this paper remain to be further studied.
