City Low-carbon Economy Development Contradictions Analysis

With China's urbanization level unceasing enhancement, the urban energy consumption also increases accordingly, the sustainable development of the city has become more obvious. The city developed economy, people quality is relative taller, production capacity and consumption ability also are bigger, relative to the good survival environment also has a profound life appeal, science to respond to climate change and promote the harmonious development of city has pressing pressure, also in reducing greenhouse gas emissions intensity and protecting the global climate have unshirkable responsibility. China is in the period of the high-speed development of urbanization, urban development in China has high plasticity, and tremendous potential, accelerate city structure and the energy structure adjustment, cultivate and develop strategic new industry, energy saving, consumption reduction, emission problems has become a national level and city level to respond to climate change of comprehensive and overall and forward-looking questions. Since the end of last year, Copenhagen global climate change to the international meeting since, "low carbon" concept is always the economic and social development, urban construction, lifestyle, and many other aspects of hot debate topics. In the current natural disasters, dramatic changes in the global climate background, developing low carbon economy, building a city, with low carbon addressing climate environment for human development challenges brought by this approach has become widespread people further studied and discussed the major issues, and in fumble ceaselessly in to try and practice. In this paper, the author defines the low carbide, the basic concept of low carbon economy, made clear the scope of this study, at the same time puts forward from two levels of urban low carbon economic development and the contradiction between from specific perspectives, the urban low-carbon economy and sustainable development of contradiction mainly focus on energy supply of tension and energy wasting coexist and industrialization development and energy utilization backward technology, urban economic development level and overspend conflicting, national overall energy strategy and local economic development the impulse of the contradictions, and from four aspects: the theoretical level is due to the industrialization and urbanization theory analysis of related defects, based on the marxism industrialization theory analyzes low carbon under the background of urban energy supply and demand relation of imbalance in theory, based on the reality and the theory cause contradiction of analysis, this paper finally from the urban development system, new energy resources, urban traffic etc are proposed for urban low carbon economic development of the relevant strategies.
