The first grade land exploitation potential areas are distributed mainly over Yongdeng county,Gaolan county and Yuzhong county; the second grade land exploitation areas are distributed mainly over Honggu district and Xigu district; the third grade land exploitation areas are distributed mainly over Chengguan district,Qilihe district and Anning district.(2)Chose the villages and towns to be the evaluate potential land exploitation units, based on the total score, divided the potential into three levels. In Yongdeng county, the potentiality grade one of land exploitation is 12628 hectare. They are distributed mainly over Qinwangchuan,Heqiao,Liancheng and Minle town. In Gaolan County, the potentiality grade one of land exploitation is 23839 hectare. They are distributed mainly over Shidong,Xicha and Shichuan town. InYuzhong County, the potentiality grade one of land exploitation is 1861.93 hectare. They are distributed mainly over Heping town and Qingshuiyi town. These great potential area is good for perform project about land exploitation and consolidation. In potentiality grade two and three, it is better to be the aim of the mid-term or at a specified future date .In Honggu,Xigu,Qilihe,Chengguan and Anning district, the land exploitation potential is only a little, it is not so good to development as the cultivated land. Near the built-up area, with the rapid development of Lan Zhou's economy, it can develop properly and it is better to regard as the reserve urban land.(3)The distribution region is connectivity, easy to divide the key areas.
