Research On Innovation Of Logistics Management In Hua-xin Enterprise

As the accelerating trend of economic globalization, together with the advancement in information and communication technology, the importance of Logistics has become more and more obvious as one of the three main elements of social and economic activities. Logistics has become an important means of promoting an enterprise's core competence, and it's management level will have direct impact on the enterprise's business efficiency. Advanced Logistics conception, effective strategic Logistic planning and the combination with economical and practical techniques will greatly contribute to the operation effect, and help enterprises to achieve optimized social and economical benefit. So it has become the eager demand of many firms to optimize their logistics management hierarchically as well as cost cutting.The author firstly introduces the modern Logistics concept and analyses the deficiency in Huaxin Company's operations under strong market demand, and then an optimization scheme is proposed with respect to the modern Logistic management methods. Based on the optimization of organization function, each organization's functions are clarified and strengthened; labor waste is reduced due to procedure improvement; the ABC classification method can reduce dead stock by distinguishing the stock level; the Logistics management system is improved to unify purchasing and sales management, an increased efficiency and decreased warehouse error is observed. The research, planning and implementation of the optimization is aimed at improving the Huaxin Company's core competence, profit and credibility to ensure a long term, sustainable development. At last the innovation model of Logistic management in middle and small scaled firms is discussed.
