| Since the international modern logistics proseminar hold by the State Economic and Trade Commission (SETC) of the People' s Republic of China together with World Bank, great changes have taken place in modern logistics. It brings capacious development opportunity to medium and small-sized Logistics enterprises. Combined with the present studies on the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise in home and abroad, the paper brought forward the contents of a performance evaluation system. In addition, the paper gave some charts to support the point of view. At last, discussing how medium and small-sized Logistics enterprises improve its core competition and giving some feasible projects.The main results achieved in this thesis can be summarized as follows:Discussing the concept of medium and small-sized Logistics enterprise.Studying human resource performance assessment on operation level, work attitude, learning ability, knowledge, innovation ability and satisfaction of customers.Discussing the system of reverse logistics in-depth and putting forward that reverse logistics will increase profit.Emphasis on the cost-benefit problem of environment.Medium and small-sized Logistics enterprises achieve "win-win" by Co-opetition. |
