Research Of The Circular Economy Development Model Of Caofeidian Industrial Park

At present, the contradiction between the economic development and ecological environment is becoming more and more serious, and sustainable development has become the main trend of the world development. Since the1990s, the developed countries with Japan and Germany as the representative have put forward with circular economy in form of law to implement the development model. Compared with traditional economic model, circular economy is a closed-loop flow of material economy based on material and energy echelon usage with low or zero emission. Green economy, ecological economy, green consumption and clean production are all manifestations or derivation of cycle economy. Large population, relative shortage of resources, serious structural pollution, and the contradiction between the traditional economic development mode and resources have made the traditional economic development model difficult to adapt to China’s resources and environment conditions. Therefore, to take the road of circular economy is particularly important for our country. In this paper, we discussed the planning and construction of Caofeidian Industrial Park both practically and theoretically, thus providing reference for establishing the practice model of circular economy industrial park.This paper first reviewed relevant literatures of ecological industrial park both at home and abroad and made detailed analysis on the theory of circular economy industrial park. According to discuss the industrial base and advantages of industry background of Caofeidian Industrial Park, this paper presented its situation and characteristics, and deeply analyzed the existing problems of Caofeidian Industrial Park. Combined the method of theoretical research and case study, this paper constructed the overall framework of the development planning for Caofeidian Industrial Park, and proposed detailed measures to implement the planning form the aspects of overall positioning, park development target, industry investment planning, project planning and guarantee measures.
