The Research Of Development Strategy About Luoyang PV Industry

Global warming and the shortage of conventional energy reserves, has already been the most important and popular international issues. The difficult can't be solved simply relying on energy efficiency and cleaner emissions technology. The most fundamental way is to develop renewable energy. Facing the new situation, to larger and stronger the silicon solar photovoltaic industry will be the responsibility of Luoyang High-tech Zone.As a pillar industry of Luoyang, the good development of solar photovoltaic has played a decisive role about the city economic leap and attracted attention of leaders in the city and the province. Luoyang is an important base for photovoltaic industry, and it is in a leading position in the field of the development of the national PV industry. On the basis of the study on the current situation and prospects about the global PV industry and the regional, this article proposed a strategic planning about the development of photovoltaic industry in Luoyang with its own advantages and disadvantages.The author went to the photovoltaic industry enterprises in Luoyang. I analyze the data of many companies using Forces Analysis model. I research the competition and market competitiveness of the current PV industry Luoyang of the status quo with fully using the industry life cycle theory, unbalanced growth theory, industrial cluster theory and industrial integration theory. I find the deficiencies, such as the instable existence of raw materials, the lack core technological innovation, and the small share of market. I come to the conclusion that the biggest reason for these problems is absence of the system, lack of government incentives, policy guidance in the wrong direction, and cultural loss. In this paper, to develop the photovoltaic industry in Luoyang city, with the development of Luoyang case, and referring to the experience of the development of the global PV industry in advanced countries, I put forward the views like raw materials strategy, technology development strategy, the introduction of strategic human resources, marketing, management strategies and policy incentives and support strategies and so on. I propose these strategies in order to provide some reference suggestions for the development of PV industries in Luoyang and the other regions.
