Now the trend of world economic globalization is developing amidst twists and turns, science and technology are also increasingly progress, the fierce competition from various countries, enterprise or multinational company, competition between petroleum enterprises which are strategic industry of the national economy also not allow to be ignored. Although the competition already spread to resources, market, technology, etc, in the final analysis , now and in the future competition is actually talent competition. And our country for performance management research is still in its infancy, and most are some theoretical lessons from abroad, especially in oilfield enterprises research is few . Liao He oil field is the soil in planned economy grew up state holding oil company, in recent years, the problem of performance management, although explored and gained some experience, compared with today's new performance management theory, the performance management practice of the United States and other developed countries , there are still many problems (performance system of imperfect, performance management failure to form a certain scale)to solve. So this paper carried on the system's performance management, introduces the discussion and analysis of performance management of Liao He oilfield related theory, from the application of performance management, summed up the status quo of performance management in the implementation of and the existing problems.In order to solve these problems, on the basis of practical survey, using the standard and the empirical combination method of study, put forward for the liao He oil field performance management ideas and measures .The based on this paper study is full of investigation and analysis. Advance ideas and measures for Liao He oilfield performance management. With employee performance management construction as the theme, adjust the employee performance management system as the main line, employee benefits as the key point, taking mechanism innovation as a driving force, involved puts forward appraisal standard, evaluation method and the application of the assessment results . I hope the advice of Liao He oilfield enterprises can help to improve performance .
