| Our country state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in the management level reached the world advanced level, the effective use of performance appraisal is one of the key factors for the development of enterprises, there is a need for a new attempt and positiveexplorationFrom the national to the local and even the small and medium enterprises, where the presence of organization, almost all around the "people" the specific factors as the key object of study, as a result of performance management in the position and role of the human resource management, performance evaluation research caused extensive concern of the medium enterprise.This paper is researched on the performance appraisal problemsof Daqing Oilfield A Group based on the case study, examples and related data, combined with the performance evaluation theory of stakeholders and competitive advantage and etc, touting for analyzes on ways to improve our performance appraisal system.This papers try to establish A performance evaluation index system with the characteristic of the industry and analyze A Group evaluation dimensions based on strategic management and operational indicators.According to the requirements of Group strategic objectives for different kinds of staff, this paper will build a system to develop the corresponding performance evaluation content.On the basis of SMART principles of key performance indicators, the author classifies the content of the assessment for different series of employees to get the key performance index.In addition, performance evaluation system of Group A also emphasizes the attention on management process, research on information collection form for examination and assessment of research, highlight the different management requirements depend on the adjusting weight of examination content.Finally this paper is to analyzes and discuss the possible problems in the establishment and operation of the performance evaluation system, come up with the targeted solutions. |
