With the development of management theory,the scholars are not only paying attention to the positive side of management,but also gradually paying more attention to the negative side of management.At first,scholars call this anti-production behavior.Then,Tepper defined this as Abusive Supervision.From that time on,there are more and more scholars studying the abusive supervision behavior.This paper firstly sorted and analysed the current research of abusive supervision,organizational justice and organizational commitment.Then,on the basis of this,this paper put forward five hypothesis,and tried to establish a research model.In order to verify the hypothesis,this research mainly used questionnaire survey method..We revised abusive supervision and organizational justice questionnaires in the background of china's IT outsourcing industry.When we rivised this,we used exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, etc.In this study we choose 228 human research from three companies of Wuxi.When we analysed the datas,we mainly adopts descriptive statistics analysis, validity analysis, between variables related analysis and between variables regression analysis to analysed the questionnaire.On the basis of reading and looking through a large number of documents,the paper verified or partly verified the hypothesis through the questionnaire statistical analysis.We drawed the following conclusions:1.Abusive supervision works different among different employees'personal attributes. 2.Abusive supervision and organizational commitment relates significantly.The former predicts the latter negatively.3.Abusive supervision and organizational justice relates significantly.And the former predicts the latter negatively.4.Organizational justice and organizational commitment relates siganificantly.And the former predicts the latter positively.5.In the process of the abusive supervision influencing the emloyees'organizational commitment ,the organizational justice acts as the mediator.
