The leadership supervision model has always been a hot topic in the field of management.Recent research has shown that the harm of destructive leadership behavior to employees and businesses cannot be ignored.Destructive leadership behaviors include abusive supervision,bullying supervision,and toxicity supervision,with the most research on abusive supervision.According to the combing of the literature,the abuse supervision is the main source of work stress,and the hidden impact on the organization is huge.For example,it will increase the negative emotions of employees and weaken the enthusiasm of employees,which will make the organization feel a sense of commitment.reduce.On this basis,this study adds social cognition as a mediator variable and psychological control as a regulatory variable,and studies the mechanism of the influence of abusive supervision on organizational commitment from this new perspectiveIn this study,426 in-service personnel were selected from Zhengzhou,Kaifeng,Luohe and Xuchang in Henan Province,including 179 women and 247 men,using abusive supervision scale,organizational commitment scale,and social cognition.The scale and the psychological control scale measure subordinates' abusive supervision perception,organizational commitment,social cognition and psychological control.The main results of this study areFirst,the supervisor's abusive management negatively predicts the subordinates' sense of organizational commitmentSecond,social cognition mediates between abusive management and organizational commitmentThird,psychological control plays a moderating role between abuse management and organizational commitment.Fourth,psychological control plays a moderating role between abuse management and social cognitionFifth,abusive management,psychological control,social cognition and organizational commitment constitute a mediated regulatory model.
