A Study On Interest Game Of Rural Collective Resources In The Period Of Social Transformation

In this thesis, the author takes the central town of B for example and selects three gamecases of the rural collective resources, to interpret the actual contracting and sublease processof the collective resources by the deep state of the cases and interpretation of significance ofall interviewees' language and actions.In the first case,the author mainly discusses how the farmers act and what difficulties thecollective community faces in decision-making, meanwhile,the Internal and external factorsleading to unbalanced distribution of collective resources are also concerned.The case twoaims to firstly illustrate the role the township government and relevant authorities play and abalanced game status achieved among the investors from outside,community groups and otherstakeholders. Several contracts with collective forest resources are listed in case three andthese nature and actual process are also introduced to show the current status of subleases andcontracts with collective forest land within the selected research areas. Finally the authormakes typical analysis.Next, the author makes a summary and interpretation of the interest game of collectiveresources. This part includes the re-extraction of actors, the dynamics of rural interest gameand the deep rethinking of causes.The last part of the thesis is made to expand the collective interests game.The authordiscusses the changes in the mentality of farmers in social transformation and advances aconcept of mix based on "consultation"mechanism.The main aim of this thesis is not to make a analysis at the macro-level and make policyrecommendations to tackle some problems,but to try to make deep states of the cases,toexcavate the meaning of words and behaviors of the individuals,and further to highlights thelogics of actors including plain farmers and mechanisms of interest game...
