Analysis On The Benefit Distribution For The Collective House Demolition With Game Theory

There is a big difference in the relocation compensation between China's state-owned land and collective land. For the demolition and expropriation of state-owned land,there has been a complete set of policies. In contrast,due to the institutional reasons,the existing law take house on the collective land as an attachment,Compared with the house on the state-owned land as a separate collection of objects. According to the reality, the policy of the Collective land expropriation can be making by the local government. The interest of the local government, the collective and the individual linked together under these circumstances. Contradictions entangled develops, conflict intensified, and even affected the development of the whole society, especially in the rural area. The problems of collective land expropriation triggered a series of problems. The conflict of the land acquisition is the relocation work among the local government,the collective and the individual become a big challenge for local government. Fundamentally speaking,the problem of the collective land demolition is triggered by the distribution of land interests; the key to solve the problem is to properly coordinate the relationship between the parties,taking into account the interests of different social groups.This thesis aims to analyze the interests of different stakeholders in the process of land acquisition and relocation,to study the causes of the conflict of interests of different stakeholders,and their Game strategy and choice motivation. We argue that there is a lot in common between the process of negotiation in land acquisition compensation resettlement and the bargaining game. both of them are confrontational,all parties will means to seek their own interests through a variety ways,which maybe damage the interests of the other side,which is entirely consistent with the basic assumptions of the bargaining model. And analyzes the problems of the interest distribution of the interests. These research results can provide effective theoretical basis and practical reference for land acquisition and relocation work.
