The real estate industry is one of the important pillar industries in the new period of our country, and the prosperity and declination affect the development of the upstream and downstream industries, of such obvious role in driving is hard to do in other industries. Especially in 1998 after China cancelled welfare housing, housing currency allocation policy led the Chinese real estate industry for more than ten years of national rejuvenation, also it plays an important role in boosting China's economic achievements with continuous double-digit growth in recent years, which provided the foundation for more people live happy and become Property-owning classes. Because the real estate industry is in relation to the people's live conditions and livelihood, so the government's housing policy and real estate industry development policy affect the realization of social development goals, which is one of the important contents of well-off society.In the rapidly developing process, there are also some urgent problems to be solved ,such as the high house prices,scale increasing sharply,market behavior lacking norms,real estate speculation and so on. Today high prices in some cities make more and more people could only watch "floor" and leave feeling useless. Although the government has adopted a series of regulation measures, there are still considerable distances between the realistic effects and the anticipated goal. In fact, many countries with less land and higher population density, their housing prices are cheaper than ours, which requires us to re-examine the current housing policy.The price is the core problem , similarly the housing price is also the core issue of the real estate market, so this paper starts from the real estate prices and mathematical analysis method is used to study the extent of the real estate bubble and prevention countermeasures in China. First I introduce the meaning, generating, harm and evaluation system of the real estate foam. Second in combination with the cause analysis of China's real estate bubbles ,I select the evaluation index and the real estate bubble threshold which are suitable for our country; after collecting the real estate market data of 31 provinces and calculating the results of foam degree, I make overall evaluation degree of the bubble of our country. Finally the thesis rests in foam warning and countermeasures.
