In recent years, the country make a lot of time on expanding domestic demand,including put forward a series of measures to encourage consumption. At the same time,the policy indirectly promote the development of the real estate industry, real estateinvestment has entered into the phase of rapid development. Major cities in the countryinto a hot state, especially in some large and medium-sized cities, house prices high, peoplebegan to think about whether the real estate bubble problem in our country.This article is to study this question as the breakthrough point, in this article basedon the research of the related issues at home and abroad, define the concept of real estatebubble and analyzes the problems in the running. In China’s real estate industry appearedin1998after cancel real time system. The real estate market development is imperfect, andthe combinations of market mechanism are not mature enough. At present, theimperfection of the related field development in China, most studies are confined tocombine with the stock market. It is necessary to using the experience of other countries,in the research on the basis of foreign mature experience, this paper studied the relatedproblems in China, and through the integration of these issues and the financial sector to itsown conclusion, hope my own views in this problem can play a role and providesuggestions and references for our country.
