| In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge resources is becoming the central competitiveness of organization. Knowledge sharing is the central sector and plays critical role to knowledge management. However, in practice, the organization pays a lot in knowledge management activities, but receives little effects even doubts to knowledge sharing strategies. As a result, it is urgent to find solutions to those problems.Recently, to study the influencing factors of team knowledge sharing, majority of researchers authenticate that one factor or multi-factor affects knowledge sharing from the empirical perspective while few researchers study behavior mechanism of team knowledge sharing from the perspective of team's inner structure. The thesis studies the action of team knowledge sharing, and tries to do it from another perspective according to system dynamics and to studying the inner mechanism of team knowledge sharing.The main conclusion of the thesis:â‘ Main activities of corporation R&D team knowledge sharing were known by the observation to corporation R&D team's work process, which contained 18 detail activities. Meanwhile activities of R&D team knowledge sharing were divided into three dimensions: document sharing, knowledge sharing of formal communication and knowledge sharing of informal communication.â‘¡Main factors that influence the knowledge sharing of the research and design team are identified after a detailed interview study to the members of an enterprise research and design team. In all of them, the factors that belong to the aspects of knowledge sharers are psychological insecurity, team commitment and private values of knowledge; the factors belong to the aspects of the shared knowledge are the non-shared characteristic of the invisible knowledge; the factors belong to the aspects of organizational environment are information technology, platform for knowledge exchange, incentive for knowledge sharing and team culture.â‘¢The occurrence and impact mechanisms of sharing behavior of documents sharing, knowledge sharing of formal communication and knowledge sharing of informal communication are analyzed by using system dynamics. According to the theory of planned behavior and social influence, and combined the present achievements of the team knowledge sharing research, using the basic in-tree modeling of system dynamics, the basic in-tree of the three types of sharing behavior are established respectively. At last, the system dynamic models of the knowledge sharing behaviors of the research and design team are established according to the basic in-tree, and the reliability of the models is preliminary examined.â‘£With the aid of the computer simulation, the changing process of knowledge sharing behavior of an enterprise research and design team is simulated when the material incentive level of knowledge sharing, performance evaluation system, team heterogeneity and team promise are changing.Through simulation, the following was found: (1) Material incentive level of knowledge sharing has a positive effect on document sharing and knowledge sharing of formal communication, but it shows no distinct direct impact on knowledge sharing of informal communication. (2) Team-based performance appraisal has a positive effect on document sharing and knowledge sharing of informal communication, but it shows no distinct direct impact on knowledge sharing of formal communication. (3) Team heterogeneity has a positive effect on document sharing and has a negative effect on knowledge sharing of informal communication. Team heterogeneity has a negative effect on knowledge sharing of informal communication in the prior period of team, but it has a positive effect on knowledge sharing of informal communication in other periods. (4) Team promise has a positive effect on knowledge sharing of informal communication, but it shows no distinct direct impact on document sharing and knowledge sharing of informal communication. Combination of the above, the author proposed corresponding management strategies. |
