| China's urban housing development has achieved remarkable success since the implementation of reform and opening up policy , housing industry is gradually becoming an important economic growth point . Its develop state plays a crucial role in national economy operation . however , China has a special national condition , is determines that there is no ready-made mode to be followed for the development of china's housing industry development , thus problems inevitably appears in the process of development , such as house price rising excessively in some cities , strong demand for luxury housing speculation , affordable housing and middle,low domestic supply is too small . Anhui province, the central city of China, however with the proposal of the goal of rise of the central China and with the establishment of the industrial transfer demonstration region of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui have a good development opportunity for Anhui housing industry. But the housing market of Anhui province has the same problem as the nation's and it has seriously disturbed the healthy and stable development of the housing market in Anhui. The reason is that the market-oriented policies is deviated, the power of the development is abnormal, the house is not only a necessity to meet the needs of the people, but also a tool of investment and speculation for middle and upper incomes groups, and has become the growth engine of GDP for the local government. In the current development situation, housing supply and demand issue is not just a purely economic phenomenon, it is also a social and livelihood issues, in order to solve the imbalance between supply and demand in the housing market in Anhui province, need to use need to use the "three hands" joint control, that the market "invisible hand", the government "visible hand" of residential management "tangible see hand."In this paper, the author use the housing market supply and demand theory and spirit of harmonious socialist society, by analyzing the income level of urban households in Anhui province and study the situation of the supply and demand of Anhui housing market from housing total amount, housing structure and housing area, and find problems of Anhui housing market and it's reasons, then use gray relational analysis method to find the importance of supply and demand structure fators in Anhui province .In order to promote social harmony and development, reflect the government housing fair, the paper proposes low-rent housing system mode of operation of Anhui Province, on the direction of housing low-income groups finally, this paper put forward ideas and countermeasures to solve the problems of supply and demand in the housing market in Anhui province.
