With the vigorous development of China's economic and social,improve the small and medium-sized enterprise core staff's work efficiency and encourage technology innovation ability of core staff,is currently the most enterprises in our country faces significant problems. Small and medium-sized enterprise is an important component of China's economic growth,along with our country economy of an unpredictable power relations.How the small and medium-sized enterprise informationization reform effectively,make them in China with the development of the core competitiveness of enterprise,is a huge project,this is also one of the important problems need to be solved. In the perspective of small and medium-sized enterprise development,whether in the improvement of the enterprise system at the core of the employee training has made great progress,but small and small and medium-sized enterprises are still facing a big problem,is the enterprise life is not long,a lot of small and medium-sized enterprise is declared bankrupt according to law or collapse in the next ten years. Therefore,in this context,China's accession to the world trade organization,to perfect the small and medium-sized enterprise core staff incentive mechanism,improve enterprise core competitiveness in the market,is the solution to the problem of their unsustainable development important way. But,on the contrary,many small and small and medium-sized enterprise management and operation is not standard,many family businesses in a completely regardless of the ownership and management rights,lead to enterprise operations and employee incentive mechanism can't use,eventually make the enterprise can not continue to good direction. Family business is the biggest ills cannot introduce the foreign excellent staff, excellent enterprise internal employees will gradually lose,because the family enterprise system. Therefore,small and medium-sized enterprises want to retain the core personnel must establish a reasonable and effective incentive mechanism,incentive mechanism,of course,is just one of the important factors to promote enterprise development.This paper is divided into five most: the first part is the introduction. This part includes the research background,research significance,the domestic and foreign related research review and the research content and methods;The second part is to use an important theoretical research institute.This part of the theory is based on incentive theory,mainly including dual factors theory,strengthen the incentive theory,demand hierarchy theory, expectancy theory,ERG theory,the theory of achievement motivation theory and so on. The third part is the core of the small and small and medium-sized enterprise employees incentive mechanism problem and reason analysis. According to on the basis of relevant theories,this paper expounds the present situation of the small and medium-sized enterprise incentive mechanism,proposed the corresponding staff incentive mechanism,existing problems in China's small and small and medium-sized enterprise management,in the perform causal analysis. The fourth part is the part of private enterprises in wuhan city as an example,to our country small and medium-sized enterprise core staff incentive mechanism of empirical research and analysis. This small and small and medium-sized private enterprises in wuhan carried on the thorough investigation of the main part of learning first-hand materials research purposes,for the specific analysis. The fifth part is conclusion,mainly is the summary of the macro of small and medium-sized enterprise core staff incentive mechanism,points out the limitations of this study,and puts forward the future.
