Expenditure And Income Of Farmers

In recent years, the Government has been increasing their efforts to deal with the agricultural and rural economic development.Food production and rural incomes make remarkable achievements. However, the current income of the farmers is restorative growth after low growth for years. And the rate is slow. There are factors which influence farmers' income and make it of great difficulty.From the unique perspective of farmers'spending, this article shows that the expenditures of the peasants are significantly and vertically improved. But compared the level of expenditure in urban with that in rural and rural residents in low-income households and high-income households, it is not difficult to find that there is a big gap between the relative level of expenditure. At the same time it shows that the rural expenditure structure is not reasonable:mainly shows there is a large proportion of consumer, compared with low investment spending, especially the human capital investment for the farmers themselves. Peasant farmers spending patterns and structure constrain the improvement of famers'human capital. As the key factor to improve the income of farmers, the human capital itself if can not be improved, the improvement of the farmers'income therefore must be radically influenced. To solve the situation of the slow improvement speed of fanners'income, from the farmers' expenditure perspective, scientific analysis of the rural expenditure structure,_effective measures to enlarge reasonable consume, increasing investment in rural human capital and comprehensive quality improvement are all of great importance to the rural income improvement.
