Since reform and opening-up, our country's trade has made a large degree of development.With the expanding of our trade scale,our trade surplus has also increased rapidly. China's trade surplus is 5.4 billion dallors in1994 while it has grown to 102 billion dallors till the year 2005.After 2005, China's trade surplus has been grown more rapidly,it was 298.1 billion dallors at the end of 2008.This trade surplus has produced very complicated impact on china's economy.It has promoted our economic development in some extent and also brought a lot of negative effects,such as more and more trade friction, RMB appreciation and so on. Reserching and eliminating this negative influence can be good for china's healthy and steady development of economy,for improving economic quality. So it is very meaningful to reserch this problem which contains the resson,inlfunence and proposal of the surplus to solve the imbalance of international trade.This paper is divided into five parts. The introduction section describes the purpose and significance of this study as well as the domestic and overseas scholars to the literature, the ideas of paper, innovation and deficiencies; The first chapter presents related theories that how China's trade surplus impacts economic development, including the balance of international payments theory, trade multiplier theory, immiserizing growth theory and the theory of comparative advantage and H - O theory;The second chapter presents the evolution of China's trade surplus and its reason; The third chapter which is the focus of this paper analyze the influence of china's trade surplus. This paper mainly pay attention to several aspects which I think is important.It expounds four aspects of influences which contains economic growth, employment rate, trade relations with other countries and exchange rate. With the method of normative analysis and empirical analysis, this part use unit root test and regression analysis to draw the conclusion.The fourth chapter puts forward some proposals according to previous correlatied analysis.
