Study On The Urban Informal Emplyment Groups' Employment Security System

Recent years, with the adjustment of economic structure,social structure and the improvement of the level of urbanization,urban informal employment has become an important part of China's urban labor market,urban informal employment play an important role in the economic and social development.At this stage,the major part of China's informal employment groups constitute of rural migrant workers,urban individual staff and staff of the private sector.Along with economic development and further deepening of reform,this part of the population has gradually increased,but the employment protection measure in this group is very imperfect.Combined with China's n conditions and based on the experience from home and abroad,this paper is research in the problems exist in this group,and explore employment security system of China's informal employment.This paper does some research in theoretical issues informal employment security,analysis the current conditions of informal employment security.The article uses the method of qualitative and quantitative to research the scale of informal employment groups.In order to understand the status of informal employment groups better and discuss in depth the existence of groups of job security,this paper adopted questionnaire survey methods,Shenyang 300 subjects selected for investigation.In this paper,we analyzed the characteristics of informal employment and the demand for employment protection.This paper uses a comparative approach,through the international comparison of developed and developing countries,designed the security system of informal employment groups,propose a solution to improve the employment security system of informal employment groups.
