In modern market economic environment, enterprises are facing tremendouschanges. The market has put forward higher requirements for enterprises in productdelivery speed, quality, cost and service levels. As limited by resources, enterpriseshave to get rapid response capability, orderly and flexible mode of operation andmaximize the social resources in order to success. Symbotic cooperation and win-winbusiness mode of operation are becoming popular these days. Under clusterenvironment, the sustainable co-operation between manufacturing enterprises andThird Party Logistics lies in the distribution of interests between the two sides.Whether the distribution of interests is equal, fair and reasonable is directly relevant tothe existence and the disintegration of symbiotiec relationship between manufacturingenterprises and Third Party Logistics.In this paper, we first analyze the symbiotic relationship between manufacturingenterprises and Third Party Logistics as well as interests relationship under clusterenvironment; from the perspect of economic, we have analyzed the cooperationbenefits between the two sides.Second, the author analyzes and establishes the models of distribution of interestsunder two maket forms: the market under random demand circumstance and the marketunder the level of logistics services affect. Then we put forward the shared savingsmodel of interest distribution and compare it with the previours models and draw theappropriate conclusions.Third, when the market demand is affected by the logistics service, the authoranalyzes the centralized decision-making model, the model based on therevenue-sharing and the service cost-sharing model. Then the author compares theadvantages and disadvantages of these types of models and put forward arevenue-sharing and service cost-sharing model which realizes the optimal systemprofit and a win-win strategy.Finally, we validate the model through case studies.
