| In this paper, Based on the analysis of conditions and significance generate of third-party logistics ,clarify the need of supply and demand on building a coalition.and thought the Union and third-party logistics process as a process of the game, using game theory to establish the idea of a business alliance Cooperation model, and the game analysis.Firstly, Based on the framework of Game Theory, this paper analysis the cooperation problem about the current needs of enterprises and the third-party logistics enterprises in quantity method and quantitative, and work out the needs of enterprises and third-party logistics companies cooperation strategy based on the distribution of benefits coordination; Take the personal effectiveness goal as the basis of cooperation, and without abandoning the individual to maximize the effectiveness of the strategic objectives, then through the coordination of decision-making makes the system more efficient.Secondly, Introduceing the third-party logistics's progress's process,significance, and the related concept, then establish the third-party logistics Union the necessity and importance, and to study the construction of the third-party logistics process.Finally, studing the demand for third-party logistics companies and enterprises's cooperation coordination comprehensively and deeply, then established the cooperation Pricing Model. Respective the cooperative game and non-cooperative game of the model, and work out the corresponding optimal results.
