A Study On The Location Decision For Zhejiang Silk Enterprises Migration

The silk industry in Zhejiang Province is relatively developed since ancient times, forming a relatively well-developed silk industrial clusters. There are some famous silk production and textile industry clusters in Hangjiahu area. Because industrial structure is being adjusted, and production costs is rising, while national policy is changing. With these factors, enterprises clusters starte to consider migrating to the area whose space income is greater than the cost of space..There is a clear "critical mass" mobile phenomenon. Silk enterprise is a typical labor-intensive ones. Therefore, this article considers silk enterprises in Zhejiang Province as the research object. It is based on industrial economics, enterprise clusters, location decision-making theory in the background of"the Crux",It majorly discusses motivation of silk enterprise migration in Zhejiang, and the factors which influence migration, and the index system of the location choice.This article has a certain theoretical guiding significance, which is good for businesses to make a reasonable decision-making and location about the migration. Second, this study has important practical significance which can promote economic structure adjustment and industrial upgrading of Zhejiang Province. All these can ensure the sustainable development of Zhejiang's economy.In this paper, firstly, domestic and foreign researches relevant to enterprise migration are reviewed. On this basis, we define the definition, type of the enterprise migration, including the scope of this paper. Secondly, Zhejiang silk industry development status and background of corporate relocation is analyzed by"Diamond Model". With the combination of corporate relocation theories, we study the inevitability of migration of Zhejiang Silk company, main content, the goal of migration and its influencing factors.Thirdly, this paper collects the data by questionnaire, and through the empirical analysis, we discuss the main contents and motives of Zhejiang silk enterprise migration. Then, by orderd logit methods, the main factors of Silk enterprises migration are discussed. At last, indicators index of location choice for silk enterprises relocation is examined by factor analysis.The location choice of enterprises relocation is a comlex decision-making system, in the end of the paper, we use the AHP-FCE Model to analyze the relocation place decision of silk enterprises migration. The Model can fix the weight of the indicators, in the help of case study, the applicability of this index system is initially examined.This article has several innovations. In the proceeding of the specific industry and through the perspective of the enterprise clusters, we analyze the objects of silk enterprises migrating. In this paper, internal factors, location factors, external factors are summed up to make relocation decision for the silk business. Otherwise, by the theoretical research and empirical research, we set up the index system for silk business location selection decisions. At last, we validate the applicability of the initial set of indicators through the case study.
