Enterprise Migration Under The Background Of Interregional Industry Transfer:External Mobile Causes And Target Location Selection

With the further development of China's economy,the imbalance in economic development between regions has intensified.According to the theory of inter-regional industrial transfer,between the eastern part of C hina and the central and western regions,due to the existence of external factors such as industrial gradients and resource endowments,there is the possibility of implementing industrial transfer.In the process of inter-regional industrial transfer in C hina,although the conditions for the realization of industrial spontaneous transfer are still immature,the p henomenon of industrial transfer,especially enterprise migration,has emerged.Whether it is international industrial transfer or regional industrial transfer,the enterprise is the main body of its transfer.The decision of enterprise migration includes: whether the enterprise migrates or migrates to where it belongs.This involves the two aspects of the company leaving the original location and the enterprise to make new location choices.Content.In view of the relatively mature theoretical research on industrial transfer,this paper discusses the migration behavior of enterprises by combining inter-regional industrial transfer.Firstly,based on the collation of relevant research on enterprise migration,this paper analyzes the economic factors of each region in the inter-regional industrial transfer,and combines the migration and relocation of listed companies to summarize the model of the influencing factors of enterprise migration.Secondly,There are four types of enterprise migration,including resource scarcity,inefficiency,market shrinkage,and government regulation.At the same time,representative indicators are selected according to these types of influencing factors,and the external migration motivation model is constructed.The C hinese sta tistical yearbook is used.In 2011-2017,the relevant data of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in the east,middle and west of China were analyzed by factor analysis,and the model was revised.Then,establish the location decision mode l of enterprise migration,and use the relevant data of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China's eastern,central and western regions from 2011 to 2017 in China Statistical Yearbook to establish a panel data measurement model for emp irical research.The research results show that the business environment has a positive impact on the target location selection of the enterprise,and the factor cost has a negative impact on the target location selection of the enterprise.The local gover nment environmental protection degree has a positive impact on the target location selection of the enterprise.For the eastern and western regions,the business environment and the importance of local government environmental protection are positively attractive to enterprises,while factor costs have a negative impact.For the central region,enterprises are more concerned with the negative factor costs.To influence.Further research also found that: marketization is positively regulating the relationship between business environment,factor cost and environmental protection importance and corporate target location selection;the “Belt and Road” policy is positively regulating the relationship between business environment and corporate target location selection,and weakening the west The impact of regional factor cost on the choice of corporate target location.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding suggestions on corporate migration behavior from three aspects: the enterprise itself,the government and the emigration place.
