With the B2C e-commerce market booming in recent years, its models are growing increasingly mature. Meanwhile, the rapid advancement of computer information processing technology and the strong demand of users for website experience design ask for B2C e-commerce enterprises that pay more attention to match users'needs. For B2C e-commerce services, websites'human-machine interface provides a direct way for user experience which means whether it is reasonably designed directly influences the users'consuming tendencies. All in all, an important aspect in the present study of B2C e-commerce is the study of user psychology and subsequent integration of user psychology and experience design improvements. This thesis studies the design methods and evaluation principles for B2C commodity system. Today the number of B2C e-commerce websites is expanding rapidly, the market competition and user demand are fierce, but a relative systematical user experience design methods and theoretical guidance for B2C commodity system are still lacking. Facing this paradox, based on the Maslow's hierarchical need principles and relative research results, this thesis applies exploratory factor analysis and progressive analysis to combine Maslow's theory and B2C commodity system human-machine interface design, construct an intuitive B2C commodity system user experience design evaluation systems and the hierarchy of users'needs can provide practical guidance for the user experience design. The study of this thesis would provide realistic theoretical foundations for future development of B2C e-commerce human-machine interface towards a more user-friendly level.China's B2C e-commerce market is expected to embrace a major development opportunity after 2010. With all the base wishes, it is desirable that the systematical design and evaluation systems proposed in this thesis would provide some reference and guidance for B2C e-commerce enterprises trying to improve their websites'user experience design.
