The Research Of Private Enterprises' Technical Progress Path

The quantity and the quality of private enterprises in China have been rapidly developing with the reform and opening of China. Therefore, to find technical capacity in the fast-growing private enterprise growth and technical progress and other issues have great significance. This dissertation investigates several issues as follows:The first section describes the environment of private enterprises and the status quo. The main contents are the definition of private enterprises, the significance of technical progress to promote private enterprise development, A Review of Research of the domestic and foreign private enterprises and technical progress, etc.The second part introduced the theoretical research of technical progress path for private enterprise. The technical progress path include endogenous technical progress and exogenous technical progress.This part introduced the impact of the process of technological progress, performance and characteristics of the two technical progress path.The third part is the empirical analysis of technical progress and private enterprise. First use DEA method to analyze large and medium sized industrial enterprises of China's private technical progress, and the decomposition of Malmquist indices. China's private enterprises over the past decade of technical progress and technical efficiency have been studied, and the right of private enterprises in different regions were compared rampant. Then study the different private enterprises'technical progress in order to pointed realistic choice of private enterprises'technical progress.The fourth part of this article is the basic conclusions and policy recommendations. Pointed out that because China's private enterprises are mostly small, the corresponding strength, financial strength and technological power are relatively low. Therefore, in terms of China the exogenous technical progress is the way of private enterprises to a realistic choice. this paper gave some advise on government support for private enterprise technical progress.
