The Influence Of FDI On Export Competitiveness And Technological Progress Of Private Enterprises

The private economy is an important part of our socialist market economy, amongmany economic sectors in our country, not only plays an important role in the economicdevelopment of China, but also make our country’s economy grow stronger. When theprivate enterprises are booming, at the same time, more and more problems emergegradually. Such as weak capacity for independent research and development, production ofthe low technology, weak competitiveness, this is not conducive to the sustainabledevelopment of private enterprises. In this case, it is particularly important to study FDI tothe export competitiveness and the improvement of technical progress of privateenterprises. At present, the research in this aspect are less, and there are not too clearconclusions. Therefore, studying FDI to the export competitiveness and the improvementof technical progress of private enterprises to our country’s current investment promotion isof great political importance. At the same time, it has theoretical and practical significancefor the export competitiveness and the improvement of technical progress of privateenterprises.First, this paper analyzes the necessity and the practical significance of privateeconomy and foreign direct investment in our country, under the current situation, definethe concept of private enterprises and foreign direct investment, summarized the researchmethods and structure arrangement, and find out the innovation points and difficulties inthis paper.Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the related literature at home and abroad, usethe methods of the theory and mathematical analysis. Elaborate the development processand characteristics of private enterprises in our country. Separately expounds themechanism of FDI to the export competitiveness and improvement of technical progress ofprivate enterprises. Then carry on the empirical research about the export competitiveness and improvement of technical progress of private enterprises, and have the empiricalconclusions through the study.Lastly, On the basis of the above theoretical and empirical research,we propose therecommendations about using the FDI to promote the export competitiveness andimprovement of technical progress of private enterprises.
