During the modern enterprise management, more and more we hear the word'appraisal', such as leader qualifying appraisal, year-end performance appraisal and so on, which show that the assessment is increasingly becoming a part of enterprise management. But we can not fail to note a phenomenon, which is performance appraisal is such a management that each individual in the enterprise have to face and participate, while feeling it full of kinds of problems. Every end of the year, everybody hears year-end bonus or performance appraisal. But the performance appraisal often encounters with a dilemma, the leaders think that it is useless, just a form, meanwhile offend a lot of people; employees feel they work hard all around a year, but gained an unsatisfactory assessment in the end. At this busiest time of the year for enterprises, it waste time, and be thought as a wasted effort, for not producing benefits. This paper is written at the background, to explore methods of improving the performance appraisal program.In this paper, S electronics manufacturing company, as the research object, presented several methods of the performance evaluation, focusing on analysis of current status of performance assessment in the enterprise, as well as a few mistakes which often occur. In the end, S electronics manufacturing companies is taken as an example, combined with idiographic examples of performance evaluation, proposed an improved program and tried to operate during a department, according to how to do a good job in performance appraisal for business managers, while as solving practical problems in the process of enterprise operating. |
