Establish a scientific and reasonable employee performance appraisal program can maximize the work of the employees, enhance employee loyalty and satisfaction, and provide the impetus and source for enterprise efficiency. Staff characteristics of pharmaceutical companies to produce more is to determine the employee performance evaluation program is essential for the development of the pharmaceutical companies.
