As one of the core issue of human resources management,performance appraisal can guarantee and promote the orderly operation of the internal management mechanism of the enterprise as well as provide reliable basis for the company to measure and evaluate the performance of employees at the same time.It is also the efficient management activities the enterprise carries out to realize various managements and to achieve business objectives.Currently,the research on performance appraisal is mainly focused on how to develop a reasonable and scientific evaluation method to ensure the effective operation of the evaluation system,thereby improving management level of the enterprise and enhancing the corporate value as well as ensuring the realization of the company's long-term goals.S company is a diversified conglomerate which is mainly based on real estate development and set commercial operation and property management as one at the same time.In the case of a depression environment,the development of real estate and commercial real estate industry also become increasingly severe,and the situation that the development of commercial real estate requires a large number of professionals while there is a frequent brain drain also becomes increasingly serious.Therefore,human resource management becomes particularly important to the management of commercial real estate industry while the performance appraisal for staffs is the core sectors of human resource management.Thus,the major work for the current highly competitive human resource in the enterprise is to stabilize professionals through reasonable performance appraisal system to let human resource become the core competence of the enterprise.This paper carried out current situation investigation on performance appraisal of S company through literature research and data statistical analysis method,etc.and by taking related literature of human resources management,performance appraisal and management and other contents as the basis of the research.Through the analysis on organizational structure,existing method of performance appraisal,indicators of performance appraisal,standard of performance appraisal and other contents of S company,this paper obtained that the problems of the imperfect performance appraisal management systems are mainly reflected in the following aspects.The index of performance appraisal is undefined,the performance appraisal time is uncertain,the performance appraisal process is relatively complex,the performance appraisal is too frequent,the effectiveness of performance appraisal is low,the result of performance appraisal is not good and the lack of feedback system,etc.Therefore,on the basis of the existing performance appraisal system,the author analyzed the existing problems of S company's performance and proposed improving suggestions,which cleared and definite the process,time,indicators,feedback and other aspects of performance appraisal in S company.Thus,established a more efficiently performance appraisal system for the current situation of S company.
