The real estate industry has become a pillar industry in the 21st century. At present, the time length of most real estate enterprises to participate market competition is very short, the research of human resources management lacks relatively. In the management process, the problem of insufficient incentive mechanism and high-turnover are also serious, at the same time, the importance of human resource management is increasingly obvious. The main goal of the enterprise is to maximize its profit, and the most important and most basic factor is the staff, especially core employees. Therefore, the study on how to manage and motivate key employees, to maximize the ability to retain core employees, and to stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity, are of great significance.This paper selected the real estate company, Meng-Ze Park of Changsha, as the research object, and followed the thinking of"to identify problems– to analysis the problem - to solve the problem". Firstly, based on the analysis of human resources management in the incentive theory of induction and the two aspects of the industry and business development of the domestic real estate industry, we selected questionnaires survey and interviews to survey the core employees'satisfaction, then we summed up the main reasons of the incentive problems of Meng-Ze Park real estate. The paper make use of the five-level model, and improve incentive mechanism from the pay incentives, performance evaluation mechanism, career management incentives, corporate culture, and training incentives. The implementation of safeguard measures and the expected problems and concrete solutions are put forward.This paper researched incentives mechanism of key employees of Meng-Ze Park real estate companies in Changsha, which provide reference material for the design of employees'incentives mechanism of companies in the same industry.
