Human resource is strategial resource of morden enterprise, is key factor of enterprice development also, and incentive is the core of human resource management. The demand to talent people is increasing frequently with high velocity grow of domestic real estate industry. However most real estate enterprice didn't realize the import of talent people, overlooked building and admistration to business human resource, at the moment caused the low go-aheadism and positivity of staff and the fluidity is taller.MM real estate company is small and medium- sized person-run enterprise, with fast deveopment of industry and scarce scientific incentive mechanism at internal business, caused low satisfaction of key staff and the fluidity is serious, the demand to person with ability can't catch development of business. So must improve current incentive system and draw reasonable incentive mode.This article based on incentive theory, encircled human capital theory,value-share and value-enjoy together theory, analysed incentive actuality to the key staff in real estate industry, according to the fact of MM company, anatomied the incentice problem to key employee, pointed out the pivotal question, subsequently kept to incentive mechanism design principle, brought clear design clue, set up new incentive model, designed a series of pertaining incentive project, anticipated the result of putting in practice.The incentive staff system and model setup in this paper has promoting effect on development of real estate enterprise and guided actively to practice and exercise for MM company.
