In recent years,the national macro-control policies were introduced gradually,the real estate industry is facing reshuffle crisis constantly,and with the rapid development of the Internet,the commercial real estate industry competition becomes more intense,the core elements are changed from the land and capital become the competition of control mode and professional talent gradually.The core competitiveness of each outstanding enterprise is inseparable from the efforts of outstanding talent,the core staff of the real estate industry is the most valuable asset,is the develop treasure in the enterprise.Now the real estate industry is facing the human resources crisis,the core staff would job hopping frequently because of the dissatisfaction about the career development and the salary,Therefore,the question of how to empower the core employees and how to improve the stimulation mechanism at present becomes one of the hot spots in the GT company.GT company is a commercial real estate company in Zhujiang New Town of Guangzhou CBD,It is responsible for commercial real estate development,property leasing and operations management,over the years the company is committed to the development and operation of high-quality commercial properties,strive to create high-quality commercial space to upgrade the quality of life and value for our customers and employees.As the only one and the earliest commercial real estate in Southern China,It’s developments of the market space be squeezed by the competitors at home and abroad,at the same time,It has accumulated many management problems due to the rapid development in the past few years,especially the question of internal incentive mechanism,It caused internal unfair and no passion staff,the core employees change jobs frequently.GT company is facing a serious problem of how to improve the incentive mechanism and how to motivate the core employees to win the market and maintain the leading position in the industry.This paper focus on the incentive problem of GT company,based on the GT internal incentive situation to analyzes the existing problems of the current incentive mechanism for core staff,it tried to propose the approaches to the problem and hope can improve the company’s management level,especially the human resource management level,promote the company’s long-term development.At the same time,also hope this study will make a reference for the healthy development of the whole commercial real estate industry. |
