Research On Risk Management Of Curtain Wall Project Based On Grey System Theory

With the rapid development of China's economy, construction project has been developing continuously. It has brought out favorable development opportunities to construction enterprises, but at the same time, it has emerged enormous risks due to the imperfect of project insurance system in our county. And the risk mismanagement of project which leads to project problems emerged frequently and delays of project schedule; consequently, it would affect the benefits of the whole project and enterprise. So it has significant meaning for the management of practical projects to research on the project risk management of construction enterprisesAiming at the improving the levels of risk management and from the point of view of making projects carry out successfully. After reading lots of documents about project risk management both at home and abroad, the author select the grey system theory as the main research method to research on the risk management of curtain wall project in our country combining with Asking, AHP and the theory of project management in this thesis.This thesis combines the international modern risk management theory with the practical situation of curtain wall project of our country, researches the risk management of curtain wall project, and imports the grey system theory to explore the application of grey system theory in the risk management of curtain wall projects aiming at the emerged problems in curtain wall projects. This thesis analyses the risk management of curtain wall project from phases of risk identification and analysis, risk evaluation to risk decision-making, and selects different models of methods to deal with project risk management contents which have different features. The methods or models are in order of grey correlation analysis, grey synthetical evaluation model and grey multi-objective decision-making method.
