Project schedule management is an important content of the project management, while project management theory and technology developed, project schedule management theory and tools have great developed.In recent years, domestic engineering company introduces foreign advanced project management concept, as the same time, tries to combining with the characteristics to keep dicovering and improving the techniques of project management for the purpose of improving the efficiency and benefit of project management.China's ENFI engineering Co., LTD.(ENFI) is one of non-ferrous industry which earlier entry into the market of taking the EPC project contract. During the process of practicing, ENFI tried many ways to develop the original method of project schedule management.This study has recorded and analyzed ENFI using the project schedule management theory, PDCA cycle theory, Earned Value, combined with the P3E/C software for the project schedule management and process control.Through summarizing the experiences and insufficiency of implementation process, try to establish a kind of its own characteristics for the project schedule management mode. Through the establishment of man-hour quota management mechanism and company level project information management platform, the series of measures were formed the project management system of ENFI. Through the way of project practice to test its validity and practicability to achieve the purpers of project schedule management and control.
